If you were awarded the 33rd NFL Team, what would you do?

If you were awarded the 33rd NFL team, where would you locate them and how will you build your team?

How would your draft look like? What kind of offensive scheme are you going to run? How about defense? Where do you see your team in 5 years? What kind of owner are you going to be? Aggressive in FA? Or Build through the draft? Dome or Open Roof Stadium? Cold Weather city or Hot?

Am I going to repeat what the Texans did? Probably not. I’ll look to target the draft’s best defensive player and build a strong defense. I’m not going to draft a QB (depending on what kind of qb comes out), and give him a shit o line to play behind. 

* Draft Best Defensive Player with top pick (unless an Andrew Luck comes out, which is probably not gonna happen) and then focus on D players. (1st RD - DE/DT, 2nd RD - RB/WR, 3rd RD - LB/CB, 4th RD - CB/S, 5th RD -- DE/DT, 6th RD -- O Line, 7th RD -- LB) Something like that.

* Run West Coast Offense

* Run 4-3 Defense

* First year aggressive in FA, then Build through Draft ( I won’t be like the Packers, though, where  I target almost NO FA’s every year)

* Hire Defensive minded Head Coach

* Locate my team in Oklahoma, and Join the NFC!

* Open Roof Stadium. Gotta have those real grass.

* Realistically, if I build my team right, I believe the 6th year I would be in a position to make the playoffs. I just think a team this young and new would need at least 5 years to develop into an elite team. But don’t all teams strive for something like this? IDK, what do you guys think.
