Chicken Scratch Thought of the Day

The Mind and where it goes

How can we exist in two places at once? The real answer is that this isn’t a question of how but one of WHEN. A dilemma where we have to ask ourselves when or how can we exist in two places at once? The answer lies within the secrets of our minds. Each human being on this planet has their own conscious , a place where they exist other than in the level world (you can also say someone who is conscious is self aware). The level world being the place where all beings exist on the same plane, which in our understanding would be the reality that we live in at this moment. You and I exist here and now on this plane and in this reality. But on a different plane is another reality where our subconscious is. On each different plane there are different realities. For instance, in one plane you may have become a doctor. In one reality of that plane you are a very successful surgeon but in another reality you might have only become a family or community doctor.

To further understand the dilemma, we must first break down our understanding of time. The most simple form of time is one that works in a chronological order. In this definition of time there are 3 different time periods: the past, the present, and the future. Every single person on this planet exists in the present on this plane. We move from the past and go towards to future. We will all eventually die one day and we will never know when or how. In this reality that is how time works.
But this isn’t the only way time exists. On a different plane, time exists out of order. It is randomly generated. One moment you can exist the next you won’t.

So how does one get onto another plane and into another form of time? This is where the power of the mind comes into realization. Our subconscious always exists in multiple places at once but because the level plane is where reality is, this is where we will spend 90% of our lives. We are aware when we are awake but when we are asleep we cannot control what happens. We are not unconscious but we are awake in a subconscious. We can control what we do while we are conscious but we cannot while we are subconscious. When you dream you enter the subconscious part of your mind and onto a different plane from the ninety percent. This is what makes up all the other planes that exists outside the ninety percent.

There are different forms of dreams: the before, the now, the after. They are slightly different from the past, the present, and the future. On the ninety percent plane, we know of what has happened to us from the past, we are aware of the now and we cannot tell of what will become of us in the future. In dreams, since we exist on so many different planes, we have existed as someone else in the past, we can be something different in the now, and we will have become something different in the future. There is no telling what life you will have when you dream because it is randomly generated.

To fully understand the answer to the how and the when we must ask ourselves WHY do we exist on multiple planes at once. There is no definitive answer but the best answer I can come up with is that there must be a balance within all of the planes. You might find yourself feeling super happy in a dream to wake up and find that your water heater is dead. Or conversely you might cry really hard in a dream only to wake up and find out that class has been cancelled for the day. What happens in one plane offsets what happens in another. This makes the ninety percent plane a perfectly balanced reality. So when do we exist in multiple places at once? The answer is always. We exist in the now and we have existed in the before and after.
